Your order

Review your design, dimensions, crop, material, address and total before placing an order. Products are printed to your selected specifications. A room photograph is an illustration, and screen colors can differ from a printed product. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled item.

Prices and payment

This storefront displays US dollars and delivers to US addresses. Applicable tax, discounts and shipping are shown in the checkout total before payment. Only use a payment method you are authorized to use. The available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery page sets out current charges and estimated times. If we cannot dispatch within the promised period, we will contact you about the delay and your available cancellation or refund options. A delay does not remove rights provided by applicable law.

Changes, returns and product concerns

Our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy forms part of these terms. Tell us promptly if an order needs correcting. Inspect wallpaper before installation and contact us about damage, printing errors or an incorrect item before hanging it.

Using the website

Website artwork, photographs and other content remain protected by the rights of their owners. Purchasing wallpaper does not transfer rights to reproduce the artwork. Do not use the website to submit unlawful content or interfere with its operation.

Your rights and questions

Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a concern, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase continue to apply. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you ordered apply to that purchase.
